Celebrities go out of their way to talk toy ou about voting because it is not only your right, but also you obligation. I mean christ, if you want a truly democratic system, then you must vote.
Don't wanna vote? Might as well install a dictatorship for all the non-suckers.

I'm not saying we shouldn't be allowed to vote. I'm just saying we shouldn't exercise that right

A right you don't exercise, won't be yours for long
The one thing force produces is resistance.

But why don't you want to excercise that right? It seems very odd to me that you don't want to. If a president is going to be elected, you might as well vote for the one you like the most.
And to those young folks who were able to vote last election but didn't: You have no right to bitch about things today, when you could had done something 4 years ago.

Right, just women shouldn't be allowed to vote, right? You said that almost a year ago, half jokingly.
I'm just saying we shouldn't exercise that right
Why not? What does not voting do, that is better than voting? Seriously, I want some reasoning behind that statement.

Dr. Moose- Can I ask what your reasons are for not voting.
There are many truths in this world. No one thing is ever real. No one thing is ever right. No one person can ever know the whole truth, regardless of the facts they possess.

Well then whatever, you were totally joking/serious.
How about answering the real question at hand, instead of trolling?

Ahh, ok. But, still, he may have a good reason, I've had little reason to suspect otherwise, other than the fact that he's either proud of being apathetic, or he's trying to force his opinions on others.
I actually think he has a reason. It'll be the same crap reason as everyone else, mind ("it won't make any difference"), but I want to know if he does have a reason at all.

I dunno... I've been politically aware for a good year or two now, and active for the past 8 months, and this is probably the best sentance I've ever heard. Ever.

So, your homophobic AND stupid? Well, the two go hand in hand in most cases... Ok, I just wanted to know if you had a reason. cyaz.
