Check this out, if you don't know anything about PHP, go to www.webmonkey.com and take 30 minutes to learn a few basics in PHP.

Then go to www.hotscripts.com and get a script that does what you need and set it up.

Either that or find a web developement firm in your area. =)

Basically, PHP is very advanced HTML. PHP can get some stuff that HTML cant get like Randoms, and Special Scripts, I dont know where u can get a good tutroial but you can probobly just search it up on the web

Most people start with the manual. I think you'd better have a quick look at that manual, together with anything else you want to attempt to give advice on, before offering up incorrect information.
