ASP Ad Rotator

Hey peeps,
I've got a problem. I'm makin a new website, and I need an ad rotator. I've checked all the good asp resource pages (hotcscripts, asp101, etc.). Anyways, I want it to be able to record the number of visits in and out, then elevate the one with the most hits to my site, and resets after a week. I don't need a membership script in it, and thats about it.

There should be lots of sites on the internet that provide Hit Counters , such as B Centeral and more.. And if you got trouble with HTML or uploading , I believe it is ftp.com it offers lots of FTPS and Cute HTML wich is a Trainer program that helps you make HTML
