no i have diagnosed insomnia but the medicine gives me headaches.....i just lie there and think for hours til i quit trying to sleep....

temazepam 15 mg i take it on a need to basis....you made me go upstairs to find the dosage btw(i dont know that shit off the top of my head) and like i said i usually dont take it cause it gives me headaches

Most of the people who claim to have insomia are 13 year old cocks who want attention and a excuse to post arond the clock on the BBS. I have mild insomia (yes i went to the doctors) i dont have any pills or anything like that the docter said to just try and drain my self at night or take sleeping pills.

well like i said, they dont do much for me....they make me sleepy but my head hurts all day afterwards
