man i was just watching TV and i was fliiping channels. then i came across the end part of news story. i think it was saying that congress is gonna make it illegal to whack off. this is sooo stupid, half them probally do it in the room while some chic from vermont or california is talking. what the fuc is up with dat?

There was an article about it in the newspaper a few days ago, I'll look for the article and put it up... I'm sure I've got it somewhere. Basically, some state in the southeast, I can't remember which one exactly, is considering illegalizing Masturbation. Some small town in that state illegalized it and they had a big reduction in violent crime, I can't really remember the details though.

Yes, I'm a professor at the University of Hartford and we recently did a study proving that masturbation is unhealthy in the long run.

It's not that bad of an idea. It's really up in the air whether or not masturbation is healthy or not, and it can lead to some really bad personality problems. I don't know if it's a good idea to make it a federal law, but it might be a good idea to enact it in places where there is a high number of rapes and other sexual assaults.

You can't just outlaw something that is naturally occuring in 50% of the population. That's absurd, congress would never pass such a law because it would cause too much backlash.

Can you imagine your second amendment being used for it's original purpose: to overthrow a corrupt government.

Actually I've heard that it's a very healthy thing to do. Apperently regular sexual release strengthens your immune system and can increase your longevity. I'll cite a source when I can find one, but I've heard this from a number of people.

It's always a good idea to keep an open mind for any possibility, but you have to remember that this is not like cigarettes in that it is naturally occuring. Think about it, the main cause of starting smoking is peer pressure, but nobody ever told you to masterbate, it was something that you decided to do on your own. Even if it were to be outlawed, how would it possibly be enforced? If anything, I think it would just increase the amount of masterbation that happens because it would be a defiant thing to do.

I agree. If they can't even ban cigarettes or alcohol, they cannot ban something as natural and personal as masterbation, no matter what is scientifically proven about its negative aspects.

I came across that site when I was researching my sources, notice anything strange about that site? If you take a search through the site, then you'll realize that it's a commercial site, he's trying to sell his "sex creams". There claims are at the very least biased, if not entirely fabricated.

That kinda had me worried for a sec too, but you always gotta remember to assess the credibility of your sources
