I was just wondering, do you guys just use Flash to make your movies?

flash is what i use yes, its the best 2d program for animation id say, definitely the first step towards a future profession in video games or computer animation.

All you need is Flash. Other programs such as Photoshop, Swift3D, Poser,etc. can be helpful in different fashions.
