You can't do that because it's still rammstein's song and the audio portal is royalty free, which rammstein's music isn't

Anything you submit to the audio portal has to be your original work.
It's against the terms of conditions, and rules, to submit something like that.

Technically, it's a remix. I highly doubt you could get banned (unless it's way too similar) and you can't get sued because you're not profiting from it.

Even if you would go to a local hardware store, open a bag, grab your guitar and you start singing
"Opladi-Oplada" ("...live goes on") from the Beatles,
you could get sued since you are performing infront of an
audience without permission from the owners or paying fees for the song rights.
(even if not collecting money in a hat and playing verrrry badly!)

Yes. And not only credit. Usually it is required that you ask for permission first, before using it.

all of you shut up, i've seen many remixes on the audio portal, by your stupid posts every flash artist that ever used copyrighted shit would have to pay , as long as youre not making money off of the music, its legal

Not true, that's like saying pirating mx is legal even though you don't make any money. You can't use an entire song's lyrics and not have permission. Well you can, but it's illegal. You can't take someone else's song and put it up as royalty free music. That's the same as stealing.

I dont think NG is paying fees to RIAA, such as live365.com is.
It might be relaxed, but this does not make it legal.
I mean, dont bother if you dont care, but this still does not make it legal!

1)Yes you can get sued
(though they probably wont)
2)Do you have to give them credit, well depends on your arrangement with them, in this case itsbetter if you do.
Final : Just dont do it, make your own =P OR dont submit it in a royalty free section.
