turning musik to mp3 or wav

I have fruity loops and i made my musik and i cant upload it to newgrounds becasue it is not mp3 or wav how do I fix this problem??

you convert it. Search google and type summin like convert to MP3 or summin.

In FruityLoops, go to File>Save As and choose WAV or MP3.
Unless you have the trial version, in that case, you can't save.
