Bush went to war on bad information that he knew was bad information.
If that isn't lying, I don't know what is.

Y'know, that was really worth the time. That was one of the more interesting debates I've seen in a while. Both sides had pretty good arguments, the part where O'reilly asks if Moore would have taken Hitler out before he did any wrong if he had a chance was genious! O'reilly is one though debator, but Moore still held his groud thanks to quick thinking and good rebuttals. This just shows how smart he his by being on equal playing field while having no charisma whatsoever. Iv'e got newfound respect for the both of them.

O'Reilly needs friends, since he has none... no, I'm serious, nobody likes that blubbering vagina.
I want a show on Fox where I can be a flaming conservative who is the only person on the air that can be right.

I think their discussion about whether Bush lied or not brought up some interesting thoughts. It is obvious that they misled the country into thinking that Iraq was responsible for 9/11. I mean, like 70% of the people thought Iraq had something to do with September 11th, which is not true. But then again, we can't hold the Bush administration responsible because they never directly lied.
Bush's case was that the Iraqi government met with leaders of al Queda, who was responsible for September 11th. But most Americans don't focus on every word people say during a press conference, so they pick up on a few key phrases: Iraq, al Quida, September 11th.
So the American public connected the dots in their heads to say that Iraq cooperated with al Queda to pull off the 9/11 attacks. This way the Bush Administration was able to decieve the American public without actually lying to them.

A very interesting thought. But you can't hold the Bush Administration at fault for a lack of coherence in the general American. It's sad that the general populace displays many of the characteristics that sheep do, easily led by anything that catches their attention. The media, the government, pretty much anything with access to information distribution can get a deathgrip on the opinion of the masses. The people who distribute the information, while they are somewhat accountable, are not the ones we should direct our attention to. It's the mindless sheep who just meander about believing whatever they're told. As long as they exist, there will always be people who will shape their opinions, it has been going on for millenia.
Now, how to deal with the masses is quite a tricky subject. It is my opinion that nothing should be done about it and that one should educate oneself as much as humanly possible and learn to discern bias from concrete fact, since you can't be accountable for anyone but yourself.

Clash of stupid views. This just reinforces my not wanting to see Moore's documentaries (I alreay knew O'Reilly could go fuck himself.) They flit over the issues and use poor logic/information.

Things that Amused Me in the Transcript
O'Reilly: He didn’t lie
Moore: He said something that wasn’t true
O'Reilly: It wasn’t a lie
Moore: He did not tell the truth, what do you call that?
O'Reilly: I call that bad information, acting on bad information – not a lie
Moore: A seven year old can get away with that –
O'Reilly: Alright, your turn to ask me a question—
Moore: ‘Mom and Dad it was just bad information’—
Moore: That we were told we were under some sort of imminent threat
O'Reilly: That’s right
Moore: And there was no threat, was there?
O'Reilly: It was a mistake
Moore: Bill, if I made a mistake and I said something or did something as a result of my mistake but it resulted in the death of your child, how would you feel towards me?
O'Reilly: It depends on whether the mistake was unintentional
Moore: You’re not going to get me to defend Saddam Hussein.
O'Reilly: I’m not? You’re his biggest defender in the media.
Moore: You wouldn’t send another child, another parents child to Fallujah, would you? You would sacrifice your life to secure Fallujah?
O'Reilly: I would.
Moore: Can we sign him up? Can we sign him up right now?

I'm sure Moore would be a helluva more respected if he looked like a respectable politician, he'd have alot more respect. His fatty weak look isn't doing him much good.

The only problem being the whole "needing both a man and a woman to reproduce" thing, but I think that's more a formality than anything.

Either one of them probably has a sister, a horribly repugnant sister.

I've seen hot girls with fugly brothers. But still, if they have sisters, they probably aren't as ideologically unbalanced as Moore and O'Reilly are. Anyway, the thought of them having an orgy is just... ugh, I'm going to go vomit and gouge my eyes out as pennance.
