Peak hours.. the hours in which a shitload of users go to newgrounds to do stuff. It must be the best time to vote... so when exactly are those peak hours? when exactly would be the best time to vote on the portal?

Who knows? I'm sure the admins have some figures. But why would it be better to vote when it's busy?

Because when it's busy, there are more submissions which means more blam/save points.

I've seen 42, but that was a day when the portal was broken, and no one could see any of the movies. To answer the question, it really depends on where you live, probably around midnight, I'd assume though.

so the peak hours are probelly something like: from 10 o'clock to 12 o'clock
