If you want to stay on NG, you're going to need to practice much more. Here are some tips:
1. Never ask people to vote 5. If your work is good, people will vote high. Asking them to vote 5 only tells them the work is sub-par.
2. Learn to draw in Flash. Drawing in Flash first gives you vector graphics which takes up less memory in your overall file. The lines also come out much cleaner.
3. Avoid using stick figures. Unless you have a new and exciting way to present sticks, don't use them. It's a guaranteed blamming if they aren't special. learn how to draw more fleshed out characters.
4. Create a good story. Much like the sticks, unless you present senseless violence in an exciting way, you can expect to be blammed. Next time, write a story with depth and good characterization.
5. Practice, practice, practice. Being good at anything doesn't happen over night. You need to take time to study more about Flash animation. Try the tutorials that come with the program. Check out the tuts on NG and FlashKit.com. Read through some books on art and traditional animation. It takes time and patience, but if you're serious about it, it'll pay off.
Best of luck to you!
