I would like to here what everyone has to say on Kerry's supposed PRO-second amendment views. He supports HR 2038 yet the manbeside him has a semi-auto shotgun in several pics. If you support a law (right or left) you should support it by example.

I've already done this somewhere else, but eh...why not just for kicks.
I don't mean to throw off the topic in hand, but it relates.

I have two things to say:
PULL!!!
and
You can't say the flag in the background wasn't staged. I hate pre-done crap by any party. Does'nt make me feel patriotic, it makes me feel like Old Glory's being whored out.

being a member of this nations armed forces, it seems that everyone thinks i'm a weapon fanatic. just because i use my issued M16 to gun down terrorist scum does not mean i went and became a member of the NRA. i have nothing against them, but they are the true gun-nuts. as for Kerry, that dick flip flops more often than my dryer does... i suppose that's all i need to say at the moment...

What's wrong with being a gun-nut?
What about:
Gay-nuts :P
Import-nuts
Surfing-nuts
etc
Just because you have healthy like for something (guns) does not make you crazed and "more liable to go off and kill someone" If someone is crazy, they are not really going to grab a gun a hunt you down. There are going to grab whatever they can whether it be a pencil or a car and do it. Also I believe 70% of our military are private gun owners... So I could see why people would loop you into that group.
Last but not least: THANK YOU (AND ALL SERVICEMEN and WOMEN, PAST and PRESENT) FOR SERVING YOUR COUNTRY.

you forgot about
corn-nuts
grape-nuts,
and who can forget deez-nuts.
i apologize for that overused term.
there is nothing wrong with having a healthy interest in firearms, i'm just saying that some people have very unhealthy views when it comes to them. also, as a matter of fact i have a conceal and carry permit for my pistol...
it is good to know that some people actually appreciate what we do for the country we live in, it is i who should be thanking you.

I agree. I have many views that differ from other people... All I am asking is to understand how someone can support something and then turn around and use it. Oh wait... it's like Senator Feinstein being against guns and having a CCW... HMMMMMM!!! I notice a trend! lol.
I wish I could change things. Like the respect people have and the abject lack of understanding for what our men and women do. I challenge anyone that decries our soldiers actions to put on a pair of US Army combat boots and live in there body armor for even a day and a place like that and still have your views.
To: Metal Head, thanks for the pic of that plane on the Pentagon thread.

Yeah, too bad you don't hear that more often. More being called "baby killer," or at least where I'm from.
What I find ironic is that Spookshow was an MP that just came back from Iraq, Satanica2030 is from the military (although I'm not sure what branch yet), and I'm currently 11X with the hopes of joining the ranks of 11 Bravo. I leave in about over a week to Ft. Benning.
Yet, in all this forum, we are the only ones that show respect towards our country (coming from the top of my head). Pretty sad when it comes to that.
It's also ironic that we are all around the same age.

some people, like polititians, have made more than a few interests, (probably for voting for too strict gun control) so they feel the need to protect themselves with firearms, others are just natural hypocytes

Sorry for the confusion man, that thread was me talking to a MP at my job.
MP-35B
Spookshow-19D
Metalhed_69-11X (Soon to be an 11B, I got faith in ya! :P)
Satanica-19D or 11B if I am not mistaken.
I know many soldiers, sailors and airmen. (no Marines yet). They all deserve our respect and admiration, as do EMT's, FF's and Police. They do things in one day 95% of the people on newgrounds are not capable of everyday. I would again like to see what someone would do if they were a solider and your convoy was rammed... SUCK IT UP JOURNALISTS!!! Stop blaming our guys (and girls) for killing innocents. As to Kerry and him trying to take my guns... well... maybe... from my cold... dead... fingers. :P

I also hate to see people like Kerry flaunt their medals.
He threw them away! No he did'nt. They were'nt his! Oh wait they weren't medals they were ribbons... WTF!!!
Also true heros do what they do, save a life, win the battle, capture a building, brave enemy fire, because it's the right thing to do. NOT:
*Soldier gets up from foxhole*
Sergeant: SMITH GET DOWN!!!
Smith: IMA GET ME A MEDAL TODAY! IM GOIN FOR THE SILVER STAR!!!
*Pvt. Smith runs into nearby enemy postion taking a bullet along the way*
Every veteran I know has one at least one medal. Sure, they wear them with pride, and they should, but people like Kerry saying:
LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME... I WON A MEDAL, makes me sick.

very true, a veteran actually spat at kerry when he was speaking in front of the memorial wall, (or so i heard) and he flaunts his three purple hearts every chance he gets, i'd bet my G.I. bill that if someone came back from iraq with 3 purple hearts and was asked by a news crew to show them, Kerry would call him a show-off... sorry, just my thoughts on that

Sen. John Kerry's record as an anti-war protester came back to haunt him on Memorial Day when he was confronted by a heckler as he tried to pay his respects to a soldier killed in the Vietnam War.
"How much money are you getting to betray our POWs?" an unidentified middle-aged woman shouted as Kerry visited the Vietnam Veterans memorial on the Washington Mall.
"Are you paying tribute to all the people you spat on, Senator Kerry?" she added. The top Democrat did not respond.
The incident came as Kerry attempted to honor William Bronson, a Massachusetts native who was killed in Vietnam.
Kerry led the fight to have Bronson's name added to those already inscribed on the black granite wall, according to Reuters. "I'm glad we could finally get the appropriate thing done," the top Democrat told Bronson's mother, Barbara, who was there for the ceremony.
The heckling episode served to underscore the resentment many veterans still feel toward Kerry from his days as a leader of Vietnam Veterans Against the War, when he teamed up with anti-American actress Jane Fonda.
Ironically, though Kerry has made his service in Vietnam a centerpiece of his campaign and has continued to attack President Bush's service in the Texas Air National Guard, veterans are shunning him, according to a poll released last week.
Though the CBS survey showed Kerry opening up an 8-point lead over Bush overall, the poll's internal numbers show Kerry trailing badly among veterans, with only 41 percent supporting him while 54 percent back Bush.
We have another Clinton on ours hands gentlemen.

Damn straight guys. I'm really sick of hearing about his three purple hearts.
If only civilians knew and felt what soldiers experiance, I don't believe there would be such a high amount of resentment towards the country, what we do, or (like many people do for some reason) a questioning of why we do it.

Look at the foriegn countries who say "AMERICA SUCKS!". Why you ask? They say "because she is so arrogant and rich". We are? I think we are a tad better off than most but almost everyone I know on a personal level makes less than $100,000. I myself make only $17,500 TOPS. Are we arrogant? No, we just try to help the little guy. Sad thing is in 200 or so years, when America is just a shell of its former self. Do you think we'll be helped by anyone? If we were to have an economic collapse or civil war, would anyone from the EU, or anywhere else for that matter help us, even if they had the money? Doubtful maybe Canada if we were lucky.

I don't like Kerry one bit. All the promises he makes seem so hollow because so many of them are going to be so hard to follow through on. He even makes stronger promises than Bush made on his platform to the White House, and Bush is having a hard time with the ones he made.
I don't like a lot of what Bush does in policies (such as our border policy with Mexico for instance). He's not much for giving speeches either. But what he does have that I like over Kerry is the ballsy "don't fuck with me, I'm never going to give up" attitude that is required for a time like this. We have many enemies at this time (way before Iraq ever happened despite what many uneducated civilians say) and we need someone to show them our strength.
That's my two cents.

I'd rather our country be hated than take it in the ass (with no lube) from the UN.
Not saying anal sex is worng. If you like it... well that's your choice.
Remember when we had to beg the UN for help in Somalia, because Clinton was too much of a p*ssy to send in more men, to bring those to justice who killed our Rangers?

I doubt we will be helped by a superpower like we are right now. We have done so many things for the world, but all that is focused on are military campaigns.
Hell, tonight I was watching the South Korean youth protest violently against the United States alliance with them. But what they don't know, because they weren't there to experiance it, was the Korean War. We still stand firm next to them and defend her today from the insane North. Our two governments stand side by side in Iraq, and even when the youth protested against their government going to the war and through the beheading, they stood firm.
Bad example, but it's 2:30 in the morning so I can't think very hard right now :D. What we have done in the past is quickly forgotten and we are always quickly turned into a villian by even our own people no matter the reasons that we do it for.

People will always look to the negative. I remember hearing about how a soldier rescued a dog, and then paid $2000 to have him shipped to the US. Think much of a report got written on that or the fact that X countries citizen doesn't like us to have guns? I can't wait to read tonight what all the liberals are going to try and spin on the whole gun thing. :P He uh.... that is a semi auto shotgun, not wait it isn't! Ummm... No it is!... no wait! It's a pump!

"Remember when we had to beg the UN for help in Somalia, because Clinton was too much of a p*ssy to send in more men, to bring those to justice who killed our Rangers?"
Yes. And people were saying "18 Rangers died but thousands of Somalians died as well." The site that that picture is from was introduced to me by someone I know...it is such an incredibly pessimist, sickening view upon matters...how many of our elite men must die to make it justifiable then? As a kid I didn't understand much but looking back...how can people be so close-minded?
I hate the UN...but that's a long drawn out discussion why.

I may have been wrong about that being a pump. I can't get a good view.
Did you get my email? Smoked? You have no idea... Try doing the "hobble hop" for three hours. That's part of why I got hurt. I will try to get you a list of things you might encounter.
What I would give to go back in time and change history so we brought those f*ckers to jusitce! Just thinking of standing there with a M-249 and 40 pissed off Rangers behind me drains the blood from my head :P
Another thing that sucks here is the women. No cons moderate or extreme. Their all liberal, they hate my truck, music and guns.
Stupid Kerry, guns are for nuts.

I haven't recieved your e-mail yet (maybe you got the wrong one?).
Yeah, I smoked myself today but not too bad. Not as bad as those Sergeants in DEPs do, but that is nothing compared to what I'm about to endure. I'd appreciate it if you let me in on some exercises I might encounter, I already know a ton of 'em. Trying to prepare the best I can.
Ya know, that reminds me. When people think training they think of push-ups and marching and all that shit they saw in movies...but there's way more than that. And the push-ups that you do are not just what you can handle. They are to the point of your arms shaking and your legs are in pain from being in the air so much with a lot of those exercises (in just the little training I've recieved it's been like that...smoke session after smoke session). And tons of running...man, I've never ran so much in my life.
I agree with ya there on women. There's nothing more attractive than a woman brandishing a weapon, being a Conservative, not listening to hip hop or rap, and not being a dead lay...well, there's nothing more attractive probably because I haven't met one like that yet. :)

Foreigners (such as me) like Kerry because he is not George Bush.
The sooner you get rid of Bush, the better.
