The radical Muslim Cleric is going, possibly, to be extradited to the US to face trial. Opponents of his extradition say he will never face a fair trial in the US. Supporters say that he has consistently advocated hatred and violence against the United States.

Interestingly, anyone standing as a witness for his defence, or anything like that can be proseecuted on charges of Assisting a Terrorist, or something like that. Heard that on the BBC.

So, what are your views?

I really don't know. I'd have to ask my professors, but I think there is an immunity clause written into court proceedings in the US. I might be wrong. I'll have to ask. If there is, witnesses can testify under oath and not be prosecuted for helping in the attacks that the defendant is being tried for. However, evidence that comes to light during his testimony that links him to other attacks can be used to try him on those attacks. I'm not sure. That's what I would think.

I know this is kind off topic here. But Abu-Hamza should be put to a firing squad- if only. Do you really think a person like Hamza deserves a fair trial?- I dont. How many more people like will we let into country before people change their ideas on how to treat enemies of the country. Or is it that weve allowed so many extremists into the country that its too late and there pulling too many strings?- sometimes it seems that way.

Yeah I kinda think that known extremist scum have blown any right to any trial -- why should we waste time and resources?
