I need PHP work for my site

i need someone who is REALLY good with php to help with my website www.antitudegames.com ( its not complete yet ) please contact me if you are interested ( you will become staff ) this is only v.1 of site and we may change the layout but please contact me.

Would we only be compensated by becoming staff, or could we be compensated with something more flexible, such as money? I haven't the time nor the desire to become staff, but money is always needed and welcome.
