If you like your GF more and would chose her over the other girls then this will be hard. Your GF will most probably find out anyway (especially about her sister) so, in my opinion, the best way would be to to tell her. Things like this are very tough and have no simple answer. Sorry that i can't give you any other advice. I'll be thinking about this. If i come up with something better i'll let you know.
