Fountain is ok but it's cheap, cans are amazing but not very cheap and there isn't a lot, and bottles are good, but two liters are Godly, and I'm drinking one right now.

All are excellent when it comes to Dew, really the only drink I can taste a difference in those is beer. It tastes god awful in a can.
I've always preferred cans for drinks though, and Dew is no exception.

Livewire is actually the worst variant of MD in my opinion, but it's still pretty fucking good. They were bound to make an orange flavour, so don't beat yourself up.
