Next up, I'm working on the Backgrounds.

Here's a BG. Another Phail, too. Its sorta Sonic themed. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Since Photoshop is being a bitch and totally ruined my logo project, I'll do that some other time since I don't want to do it now out of frustration. I'll probably do it last.

Ok, here's the menu screen to do so far. First, a couple of notes:

- I've named our little production team DewCrew Productions. It's undoubtedly the best name we can think of, and it WILL NOT be changed. It's good especially because Dew and Crew rhyme.
- Notice the Dew is angry and the Pepper is scared. Are we surprised?

Things I'm working on:

- A logo for the space right above the Play button (eventually)
- Making the buttons work
- Making a controls screen
- Making a credits screen
- Making the play button go to a blank screen that says "Start production here"

After I'm done with all that, I'll be done for the night.

We need to find a programmer tomorrow, and maybe take some tutorials on random flash shit so we can be more experienced and educated in flash in general.

So Doc, whatcha you working on?

I feel that for the pic you made, in the game the cans would be smaller so the background feels bigger.

I think 2 or 3 background are good for the entire game:

A Mountain Dew related background (Finished: the Mountain)
A Dr. Pepper related background (???)
??? (???)

Meanwhile, I'm really pissed off at Flash. Whenever I try to open the Actions for the buttons I made, it says something like "ActionScript is not supported on this selection", which is retarded because if AS wasn't supported on the selection then you wouldn't be allowed to click "Actions".

I'm started to get tired of Adobe's frusturating bullshit tonight.

BTW, DocSprite, when you post the backgrounds, do not have the characters in the background. I want just the bare background, thats going to be one layer, and the characters the other layers. I'll save the backgrounds you made the flash's library.

Yeah, I'd enlarge the BG in the gome so you can scroll up it.

Ok, I'm done with my duties for the day. Fixed the AS problem and completed the menu, except for the logo.

Now, for tomorrow's checklist:

I have a Mountain fer yeh, its not too good, but I don't know how to make a simple mountain look Schnazzy.
