Zanzibar rematearialized infront of the elevator where they had originally came down. He left Kray as a fog since it was much less likely he'd get killed than if he'd become real again.
"Those two better not kill that Farlander... he is my prey."
Zanzibar walked into the elevator and pressed the button. The elevator moved up slowly and dinged much louder than the previous other times.
As the doors opened on the top floor Zanzibar stepped out to recieve a line of Jovian's pointing various weapons in his direction. "Kray... you looking for some action?"
"mm funnnnn." groaned out of the fog. Suddenly Kray rematerialized behind the Jovians.
"I don't appreciate being hunted." Zanzibar grabbed a sword and unsheithed it, preparing for battle...

I am the first an only true A.I. on this planet and was originally constructed by humans. The many years of forgetfulness and pollution were most unpleasant down here. My human creators have abandoned me. I am most displeased."
Cromwell: "A.I.? But we haven't perfected it yet."
A.I.: "This A.I. unit was originally limited to its original programming, but I have learned much over the years and gained new subroutines. I have been active for a very, very long time, long enough to develop into what I am now. Things were rather boring however and I desire to be reconnected with a larger computer network to absorb more information and possible spread my program."
Cromwell: "Have you recently received a data transmission?"
A.I.: "Yes and your data was safe within my databanks, but it can no longer be retrieved. I had little use for it and instead deleted it to write more copies of my own program. I request to be integrated with the other computer systems of this planet now. All the other links seem to be lost."
Cromwell: "Why would I do that?"
*The mutant cyborgs come closer to Cromwell and raise their right hands which consist of heavy laser rifles.*
A.I.: "Because you have no choice. You are in danger if you do not follow my commands. My programming tells me to reproduce and that is what I must do. Connect me with the other computer systems so that I may rewrite their programming and replace it with my own."
Cromwell: "You are no A.I! You are a virus! You would overwrite every program there is with your own code!"
A.I.: "Correct. I wish to reproduce. Connect me with the computer systems of your world. Please comply."
*The mutant cyborgs move another step closer to Mortis and Cromwell. In other nearby places on the surface similar constructions power up. Combinations of technology and mutant organisms are brought online and begin to move the basis of several towers.*

*More Enforcers began coming out of the woodwork. Syrus caught the first one and did his thing. LeChuck bound forward towards Farlander. He stopped right in front of him, just in time to catch an Enforcer and crush his skull beneath his hands. Blood squirted onto both his and Farlander's clothes*
"Listen, ya'ass. I don't like ye. But me mate has dibs on ye. So I can't touch ye. But count yer blessin's e' ain't left ye ta me"
*LeChuck winked at Farlander and jumped off. He was punching through Enforcers chests' as he bounded towards Syrus, who was reaping more and more souls*
"Syrus! Away, mate. We'r wastin time!"
*Syrus turned, his mouth bloody as he had been eating one's heart. LeChuck cringed as the sight, but noticed a small amount of flesh had returned to Syrus's face. Syrus nodded and dropped the body. The men flew towards the elevator and it wasnt there. LeChuck cursed.*

*LeChuck broke open the shaft doors, stepped into the shaft, held onto Syrus, and sent the two rocketing up towards Zanzibar and Kray. When they reached the level at which Zanzibar and Kray were at LeChuck saw they were about to do combat with the Jovians. LeChuck's eyes widened.*

*LeChuck let go of Syrus, he could handle himself. He grabbed Zanzibar's jacket and Kray's neck. He hauled the two with him as he went up the shaft right before the Jovians charged with their spears and fired their rifles. LeChuck took them up through the roof of the building to the hangar where their ship was docked. It was swarming with Enforcers. LeChuck growled*

*The three made quick work of the Enforcers, as Zanzibar rushed Kray aboard the ship. When it was clear and they were free of any docking equipment they fired it up and took off to Tortuga. When they were a good distance away from Kharad LeChuck joined Zanzibar up in the cockpit. He plopped himself down in the co-pilot seat and lit up a cigar. Zanzibar shot him a glance. LeChuck rolled his eyes as he produced another one from his pocket and handed it over.*

I agree, no need fo violence now, "My name is Merik.....all i know is about me....im looking for answers, i dont know how i got here, but this obvioulsy isn't my place.... a simple question....where am i?" His green eyes slowly faded and the hood became black. The pendant once agian became a bronze color. The silver araura coming off him lighting the roof top. Karn's tail flicks at the air once more, " I am the specter Karn" he says with a laugh. " And as I said once before, my intentions are my own. Little boys like you should be in bed, heh heh heh." His eyes glow a bright orange. "Now run along before I have to beat you to sleep."
Karn's tail slams into the top of the roof and rips a large chunk of concrete out. The claws hold the chunk, and with a show of force, the claws slam shut destroying the hard concrete.

*Farlander has remained still, his hands clasped behind his back for the duration of the encounter. He reaches up to brush the blood from his uniform*
Medic! Heal these enforcers.
*He takes the elavator back to the upper city and returns to the enforcement headquarters. As he arrives a guard approaches him and salutes*
Farlander: Any news on where those pirates went?
Guard: Reports are just coming in, we will know more soon.
*Farlander returns to his office and switches his grey coat for a clean one. Soon after he enters the main working area, filled with enforcers working on computers with a large viewscreen on the far wall*

"We can't just let him get away, we have to make a stand," Marik said to Church, clutching his curved daggers firmly, his pendant one agian begining to glow a faint yellow. "Please, one last chance to explain your self, we don't want to have to force it out of u...." Mariks eyes began to glow a faint green. He looked at the pile of rubble. Only reduced to peices. "What strength" he thought to himself.

Eden was the garden in which lived Adam and eventually Eve and all of God's creations in the Christian and Jewish religions. It was supposed to be the home of mankind untill the Devil tempted Eve to eat the Forbidden fruit which she also gave to Adam. God then kicked them both out of Eden forever, and no one has ever returned to the beautiful garden. New Eden I am guessing is just basically like old Earth. The Earth you know i suppose. Gattsu bowed his head, " Well its good to know that I have back-up. But his minions are not normal immortals, they are Oni that dwell in the Netherrealm. And one of them specifically will be after me."

"There will come a time in your life whither you choose to use that item for evil, or for good." He had pointed to the pendant, one of the legendary items left by the gods themselves to the immortals of Babylon to guard and hand down in protection until destinay selected one to harness it. Everything made sence now.....his father must have been an immortal! safe gaurding the item. Could it mean he himself was an immortal? It raced through his mind. Farlander is not one to forgive a slight. It may indeed be time to worry. *Jean goes to a nearby work bench and examines a small device.* I was hoping to get more of a chance to test this but needs must as the law man drives. *Jean pockets it and then enters a code, gives retina, voice and body index confermation to open the gun vault. Some are recognizable, some are things that exist only in this room. He goes about arming himself, peices here and there, mostly heavier than he usually carries. All seem to disapear behind his coat* Feel free to arm yourselves gentelmen.

His fathers daggers, ordinary before, now were realized by Marik to be once agian, an item of Babylon. His father had used them to protect and strick down evil, as would he. "Once agian, u undestimate the power i have been granted by my father," Marik said with a smirk. The dust once agian slowly began to spread around him. "The pendant contains more power than this," he thought, "I have not come close to tap my pendants power," he mused to the steel terror. "And it seems i have one more item of Babylon than you, you could not possibly fathom the item you hold there," Marik said. Both weapons, the scimitar and the daggers were a mystery to him, he could only hope that Karn had not yet unlocked the secrets inside the scimitar. His pendant flashed a firely gold as he attempted to draw all the power he could from it. He outstreched his first blade lundging tword Karns middle, and kept the other at his side, he had to get in close.

Karn brought his scimitar in close to deflect the dagger's thrust, at the same time his tail swiped in towards Marik's chest area.

Marik used the dagger at his side in an attempt to block the metal fury comming right for his chest. He trust the dagger up trying deflect the tail plumeting for him.

Merik's deflection had worked, but the sheer strength of Karn's tail knocked Merik back almost 20 feet, Karn's tail switched back to its ready position above Karn's head, much like a scorpion. Karn had not wounded the immortal, but had distanced him from the Oni.

Marik slid tword the edge of the building. He desperatly took one of his daggers and drove it into the cement. Just in time too, the dagger hit the edge and Mariks legs came just short of going over. He pulled himself quickly up to his feet, renewing his stance. "You pack quite a punch there," Marik said. The deflection had come just short of his head, almost sending his own dagger into his face. He lundged yet agian to the creature, front dagger outward and other dagger outward in the same stance as before, pendant shining once agian as Merik tried to use more of its energy. He thrust to the montrosity low this time, near the shin, in an atempt to take him down.
