Eating habits?

Do you just eat 3 normal meals a day or do you eat some weird random way? I usually have lunch, and later lunch, and a dinner. And lots of snacks in between. I rarely eat breakfast.

I don't eat breakfast. Breakfast tends to give me gas later on in the day. Dunno why. Same thing if I drink orange juice in he morning haha. I just eat lunch like around 1 and dinner around 8 or 9.

I only tend to eat a 'meal' once a day, but I eat snacks and stuff during the day.

I eat my lunch and dinner around the same time as you. I just have a late lunch tossed in the middle of them, which kinda makes up for my not eating breakfast. And somedays, like yesterday I only end up eating dinner.

Nutritionists say that it's best to eat a bunch of little meals all throughout the day. I really don't care what these people have to say, so I just go ahead and eat my three squares a day.

I don't eat Breakfast when I'm not on a work day, and I usually skip lunch too.
When dinner comes around, I gorge.

Breakfast is non exsistent to me since I wake up around 2 or 3 sometimes 12:00 but I do eat supper and snacks.

I eat whenever I am hungry, I dont care when I eat... sometimes I dont even feel hungry for my normal meals with family

well during the summer a i stay up all night, so i usually eat at night, 7 pm breakfast, 1 am lunch, 5 am dinner. so when every ones eating breakfast im eating a steak or something.

I eat a breakfast 9/10. Have something around 12/1. Then something around 4. Then summit around 7/8. And a little snack around 11.
They arn't real meals I used to have massive problems with fluxing weight that was a danger to my health. So a specialist told me to eat quite small meals at intervals when I feel hungry. Found it was actually a very good way to keep a stable weight.

I usually wake up, have lunch, then after a few hours I have lunch again, and then after dark I have dinner.

I always eat a balanced meal for dinner. Red meat or pork, starch, vegetable. Whole milk to drink.
Throughout the day, I eat when I'm hungry, and whatever my body wants. It's worked really well. I've never gone above 130 lbs. and those were my fatty days of drinking beer and eating junk food all the time. Now, I'm about 118 lbs.
