cool stuff all around. marky's got some neat texture shtuff, tommy your logo looks great, I like text stuff like that, k-guare hasn't out animated me yet, and things seem to be going well.

I am pleased.

I got a storyboard notebook from moleskine (the best notebook company in the world, haha) along with other things for my birthday so HOPEFULLY now I'll actually be able to do something with a story instead of a lame excuse for one with colorful drawings. haha.

k-guare I would make a skate game with you but we've tried to in the past here at the ol' SFC and it never seems to work so I'll have to pass.

You know, I think I've changed my mind, I would like to be in the sfc3, I have a part in-the makings right now, you can view it here (also, and there's a reason that there is no skater.) oh and one question... how long should it be?

It should be like 30 sec to 2 min......WHAIT! When did you ask to join? You can NOT just be a part of the collab! We don't want too many people joining and it has to be...GOOD. Your stuff was kinda cool, but the gravity sucked. If you absolutely ARE gonna be part of it (against everybody, I think) make it better!

It was motion tweening (without easing), you should animated it fbf.
BUT SERIOUSLY, do you have to be a part of the collab? Ahh, I really don't feel like having even MORE people joining. If a guy should join, it's because of his talent... :(

Ok as collab leader i want to know wtf is going on, who are these random ppl submitting parts, ok primes looks like its gonna be half decent so il give him a chance, raptor your is kinda crappy.

thanks!, I've been working on editing the animation to smooth out those parts.
also when I showed my part, I showed it as a "trial" animation to see if I could be part of the collab, I am working on making it quality work!

Well detailing it, i did take some shortcuts to finish it off to show you tonight, for example the skyline out of the car park is poor, and some of the walls arnt coloured properly (but i think i can get a way with that bit)

Im gonna animate the guy doing a nollie nosemanual to nosegrind on the central part

prime said stuff and we didn't really give a difinitive answer on whether or not he was in.

AND OMG POLICY TIME, raptros, PRIME, I'd vote against you two taking part because we set up this rule a few pages back (well, I did.. :P) saying that if you were going to be in a collab you had to be a part of the SFC before hand, and you guys totally arent, sadly.

so I vote against zee two of you. you're both okay, prime you're actually pretty decent, raptros, you need to work on some stuff like consistent motion before you join a lot of stuff, I loved SFC and SFC2 and I wasn't even in the group then, but if we let everyone new in this SFC3 isn't going to be as good as the first two. nothing against you two, you just dont have the level of experience, in my opinion.

but if people think otherwise thats fine, I dont want to be all bossy and stuff.

Well, if i get enough good ideas, i may make one after
i finish my SFC3 part.
But it'll have to be awesome,
because i've played a flash skate game before
and it was total shit.

I'd have to make it good enough to get
a sponsorship deal, which means it may
be a while before i finish it.

Whoooa whoooa I didn't wanna join the SFC3 O_O. I like the first two but I wudnt wanna join it becuz it is waaay outta my skill level to be in a collab that advance. I just wanted to join the club

No, me and Kguare shall be in the collab, and everybody has improved since then, and I think it will get a better score. And seriously, I must say it out: I really don't want you to participate.

Ok, Prime. I don't like your part as it is. It is not realistic! And there's no skater yet, but the board should be perfect first... WELL, when he grinds, you've used easing, yes, but he suddenly gets a big speed-boost when he hits the rails. You should animate it frame by frame, my friend! Instead of trying to make a realistic gravity look with motion tweening, it's not going to work.

If you do it frame by frame, it will look just like you want! I think your part could be very good if you fix the board, because it's nice background and nice tricks. And if you don't understand what I mean, check out the picture:

Disregarding that I animate with tweens, that is.
