When I saw the picture of you two, I was stunned on how similar you are to each other. Most twins you can tell pretty easily. You could have tricked me if you labeled it wrong. lol. Nice drawing btw.

Nah, not sweaters... But we take socks and other not so important things from eachothers "wardrobes." And it happens that we borrow pants from eachother too.

You two actually look as I expected, awesome.
I asked my girlfriend who she liked better, Marcy was chosen.
If I saw a picture of you two standing next to each other, I could possibly tell you apart.
Marcy's hair is longer and more of just a messy style (in a good way).
Tommy keeps his hair in more of a stuck style, as in, he has done it in a way that he likes it, by doing it a little bit spiked with it on the side.
Marcy's jaw is also pushed back a bit more and he has slightly different nose, the end of it seems more pointed down a little bit more than Tommys.
That's my 2 cents.

Yeah, just focus on improving your frame-by-frame skills.
Practice re-drawing the character each frame or using tweens or something.
Its just not good to keep the character the same for more than a single frame. Unless you're doing slow motion or something.
