I took marcy and tommy's advice, using layers for each body part and making the frames at peak a bit longer. no OVERDRIVING though, it didnt feel right. more help needed? let me know what you all think. I REALLY want to get better at skate animation. :)

He need to go higher up when he is jumping, and more down whhen his landing it, not so much forward.
Then it would look more natural. Dunno?

All you really have to do to make it smoother is just like. Make the animation delicate. Make him glide instead of quickly going up and coming down.
I dunno how to explain it... Just watch a skatevideo or something man.

Make the legs move when the board's flipping. The board can't flip all by itself, right? :)

probably the most detailed one color thing i've done to date. btw, since its a SWF file, you can rightclick and zoom in. recommended. lol, some of the stuff I did at 2000% magnification. :)

awesome stuff as always cronic, you're really awesome at getting the realisticness down. HOWEVER, the syncing sounds like, a frame off on the 360flip. I think.
