Anyone hear about bob burnquist airing the grand canyon? You heard me bob burnquist airef the grand canyon on a skateboard.

Bob Burnquist fulfilled his life long dream yesterday by dropping in off of a custom made 40’ mega-ramp and onto a 40’ rail that extended over the Grand Canyon where upon reaching the end of the rail; Bob then Skydived/BASE jumped 1,600 feet into the Grand Canyon.

That is really old. And when Danny ollied the Great Wall it was much better and needed much more skill. All bob did was grind a rail then use a parachute.

You are sooo wrong... I don't know why i've been so negative to you lately, but i guess you just dont understand... Danny just jumped a gap, sure it was a huge ass gap, but he had the huge ass ramps to go along with it... Bob on the other hand had pretty much no room for error... He dropped in, had to hit the 40' rail, grind it to the end, and then bass jump in the FREAKING GRAND CANYON... I guess you just don't understand how hard it is to bass jump properly, especially into a canyon... You do realize if he botched the rail we would have fallen to his death (the chute wouldn't have saved him)...

well I dont know what a bass jump is...

but it shouldnt be much harder then off of..something else high.

and danny way actually had to clear something so it was more of a challenge. bob just kinda fell after he got off the rail.

i persnally feel the bmx part doesnt add anything and infact disjoints the flow of the movie

Yeah, it was more of like something you can't judge. It took extreme presicion, balance, and balls. The great wall took mostly control [cause of the speed], and a teeeeeny bit of balls from Danny Way. I mean, for christs sake he dropped in out of a helicopter (-_-) like years ago (-_-).

Basically bass jumping is a parachute jump from high structures and precipitous earth formations... Now that doesnt sound that hard but its so dangerous that like if you twitch while jumping you start spinning and a free fall and basically die...

Its pretty much the same for each high, if you mess up a tiny bit you are screwed...

Not really, he had to grind a 40 foot rail and then jump off without any error... Bob had much less room for error... If he botched he jump onto the rail he was screwed, if he botched the grind he was fucked, and if he botched the jump at the end he was even more fucked...

I'd rather jump the Great Wall, but i find what Bob did way more impressive because its way more diffucult and has way less room for error...

I really dont think the quality of the picture matters that much... I mean it basically looks the same, so its either a smaller tv with better picture quality or a bigger tv which looks pretty much the same with a little lower picture quality...

I would never buy a bigscreen because of the quality. It looks so pixelated.
I like regular sized TV's.
