Why are you sorry? I've been a half fan of the angels for a while. They're a decent team.

Awesome. Nolan Ryan Was the best damned pitcher I have ever seen. And I was lucky enough to see him pitch.

The only thing that rivals that, is when I saw a Reds game when I was very young. 1988.

And Tom Browning threw a perfect game. I was very young, barely two. But I can remember that day. Oh it was bliss...

Redangleprince wants me to relay a message to the MLB .

Here it is: Here it is: "Hey Guys. Sorry, but I'm having problems with my internet and, of course, family problems as well. I'm not sure how long I'll be gone, but I hope to get back soon. I'll see you when I see you. Later."

He'll be on AIM every now and then.

In 1933, the Yanks faced the cubs in the World series. Babe Ruth pointed over the outfield fence with his bat at Wrigley field and hit a homerun. The yanks went on to win the game and the series.

7) Who is the first manager to have won both NL and Apennant?

The Big Red Machine's Captain, good ol' Sparky Anderson. He's also the ONLY manager to have world championships in both leauges.

8) Who invented the split-finger fastball?

There's no right answer to this. No one person invented it, it evolved on it's own. Some will say Bruce Sutter though...

9) Why did Walter Johnson went 13-25 in 1909?

I dunno know....you tell me.

10) Who is the last player/manager in the Major League?

Pete Rose
