It's been a month and 3 weeks since I last got stoned. I'm on probation at my school so I get random drug tests. Yeah, it really sucks :/

Spent a day in the penticton courthouse on wednesday to face my criminal charge. "Refuse/Fail to provide a sample of breath" Gave them 1,150$ on the spot and I can't legally drive until October 7th 2010. Basically, it was august long weekend, i was doing the wrong things at the wrong time. Sixteenth hour and twenty third beer into my day at the beach, i went through a road block with inevitable cirumstances at 0100 hrs. I finally faced what i used to think was one of my greatest fears, to get busted drinking and driving while high on cocaine. I never even do blow but some guy from kelowna just gave it to us for free. Luckily work is a 5 minute bike ride away and i can always kick my gf out of bed to take me when its raining. Shit happens. I wasn't/still am not at all supprised or dissapointed. What's unfortunate, is i haven't learnt a thing :)

That seems to be a reoccurring thing with DUIs. My dad has gotten like, 3 or 4, and my friend got one a while back and yet he still drives home when he's wasted.

But at least you're 21. I guess it's a lot worse when you're underage, because you have to do lame community service and shit.

Also... fuck checkpoints. I've yet to come across one my entire life (amazingly), but the closest I got was New Years last year. My friend was driving back from LA and we were all rolling hard and I had an E pill in my pocket, and all of a sudden we see a bunch of flares on the freeway. Somehow there was no checkpoint though, which was amazing.

the one time i got pulled over while drinking i didnt even get breathalyzer, got a ticket for doing a running stop (only because my breaks were majorly fucked, front rotors and pads gone, back rotors and pads gone, and i was breaking with the hand break,
i didnt have my lisence or insurance, or registration,
and all i got stuck with was a 35 dollar ticket, when i could have been over 500$, i have luck with the cops, im always polite, i rarley get pulled over, mostly hwen im sober,

ive been smoking a bit more everyday, i still need a job,

im not doing college anymore, im upgrading my high school credits online to get into university, to do pharmacology, maybe study psychedellics like shulgin,
life is looking up
