ok, people have weird embarrassing thoughts...about what might happened if they did a certain thing. like forget their pants or shit like that. but that doesnt happen to me...instead i have violent thoughts...like if i went up and punched one of my friends, not doing something embarrassing. and then seeing their reaction. it gets annoying sometimes cuz it happens to me alot...but does this happen to any of you?

Heh, I have not quite had thoughts like those, but and it makes me laugh out loud I have thoughts of walking through the mall food court to get something, and on the way picking one annoying person and wailing their food tray in the air... Still haven't tried it!

HAHA you know i have ahd these thoughts before, usually when i hear a strange noise outside, i think of going out there with a screwdriver/knife/whatever and stabbng some intuder with it, or sometimes just shooting somebody, i dont think i am a maniac and ive never been depressed, i just get bored and think of violents acts, must be those DAMNED VIDEO GAMES!!! ):<

you've probably got some low-scale problem with what are usually called "invasive thoughts". they're often a hallmark of mental illness (eg OCD, schizophrenia), and are disruptive as all hell. my condolences.

100% serious post to follow: For as long as I can remember, I've always had a 'radio' in my head. It plays music. I wish I had a way of transcribing it, because I hear some cool shit. HOWSOME EVER: over the last 4 years or so, I have noticed an odd phenomenon. Every now and again, I hear a voice 'talking' like on an NPR interview or whatever. I can't understand what they are saying, and if I listen too hard, it goes away. :|

I don't know if that is weird, but I can relate. When people annoy me, I can just imagine myself wrapping my hands around their necks and choking them, or punching them, or shooting them. Call me a psycho, but I think that it is normal. Some people just push your buttons. I don't understand why you would do this to your friends though, unless they were very annoying.
