i need people who are good at voicing Invader Zim characters. the Dib and Computer voices have been taken care of. Anything else, as far as i know, is fair game. We really need Zim and GIR right now. remember:
GIR is done by a man. the original recordings are much lower in pitch, so dont strain your vocal cords. so you must be a man who sounds like Rikki Simons when you do it.
ZIM must also be done by a man.

I remember auditioning on the IZFAS forums. Nobody cared. That hurt. A lot. Better luck to other people auditioning, though! You'll probably need it. Phew. Like breaking ice in sub-zero temperatures with a toothpick....
Anyway.... *goes into recording mode* If you're looking for voice actors, there's the Newgrounds' Voice Acting Club. There's also a roster of all its members, if you want to try handpicking your VA people. Hope this helps!

sorry for the double-posting. doesn't seem like anyone there can do any invader zim voices (and the only mention is from a girl who thinks they don't pitch up GIR's voice). I guess i did just search through it using the "Find (on this page)" function but to no avail. i won't give up though!

As for searching for the voice actor you want, it might be better to pick randomly and have a listen to the samplers that are available. And then from there judge if they have the kid of vocal quality you want. I doubt every actor on the list has listed ALL the imitations they can do (or are even aware they sound vaguely like Zim or GIR). Or if you're feeling to lazy to listen to the samplers the actors put their HEART AND SOOOOOOOOUL into making for the purpose of showing what they're capable of, you could always just post the request on the Newgrounds' Voice Acting Club.

Have you actually read the How to Join? section of the roster? It gives advice on how to record your stuff, where to upload and who to talk to if you need help with anything. Basically, everything has been laid out so all you need to provide is a microphone and your voice. We've seen you talk the talk, now let's see you walk the walk.

Hey, people. Yes, you may or may not have heard of me... hahaha... well... this is my site (www.growing-up.co.nr) I created non-flash animations. It sucks, I know. Well... I need 1 male VA and one Female VA. Male is a bully... I'm bad at explaining how it should sound like.
