Well, where did this thread spring from? Hehe. Hello everyone. Just wanted to know if anyone requires a voice actress. A lot of you are just writing actor, which is kind of confusing.

i need someone to be a character in my animation. i just want someone that has a rather deep voice and that can do a decent muffled voice. someone with nice recording equipment also would be good. the kind of muffled voice im looking for is: imagine someone with a mustache so thick that you can barely understand what hes saying, but you can still make out his words. so bascally 60% understandable and 40% understandable. you can add a german or russian accent to it also. if anyone is interested:

Okay, I know there are a lot of people who need voice actors, but if anyone's interested,

I am making an action/adventure game with many story elements called "Chrono Trigger: Forsaken Future" I have been debating for a while whether or not I will be using voice acting or not. Because of how dialog-heavy the game is, it seems that I'm planning on using voices for only the cut scenes in the game, and not with the text when talking to a villager or something.

The demo is here. Don't worry, I only submitted the demo as a dailytoon, the actual flash will have nothing to do with the Star Syndicate, if that matters to you.

Anyways, I don't have the character's names done yet, since I'm still working on levels for the gameplay before adding the majority of the story elements, but for the game, I think I'll need one voice actress for the game's female lead (She'll be the most key character of the game), who asks Crono (or whatever the player chooses as their name) to help her, a voice actor to play as Aersic, a shady underworld gang leader who acts crazy and dangerous and has a chip on his shoulder, but becomes Crono's informant after he saves his cat from some dangerous factory. Finally, I'll need a male villain of some sorts. I haven't thought this character through very much, but it seems like he'll be dark and stereotypical villain character at this point in time. I'll also need some boys/girls/men/women for some various extras. Sorry, I forgot to note, don't say the main character's name, since it could be whatever the player names themselves. Just skip those parts when the character's name is referenced.

hey kagome, i had no idea you were a professional actress. that's awesome. just what i need for the series. i want my series to be really well done. professional animation, professional voice acting, etc. i have no experience, but who needs experience when you have talent, creativity and imagination? by the way, sorry for taking so long to answer, i was rather busy. i like DDR too. i play it all the time and i'm getting really good. i'm not as good as those hardcore DDR fans though. anyways, about the role, if you want to be Princess Zelda, you're probably in. i just have to talk to the other member of the team. so, that's about it.

I have only voice acted in my own works, none of which I have submitted due to incomplecity. If you're referring to me, all of those anime series I was in were just fandubs, where people who are anime fans and/or amateur voice actors take a series and dub over the voices. Occasionally they will do series that have only been done in Japanese so far but sometimes I make Inu fandubs and try to sound like the English Kagome.

I basically am trying to recruit one or more quality flash animators. My main animator, Thomas Lee, is very busy getting his masters. I will provide high quality, original audio (which I believe many quality animators are lacking). I am basically trying to make some more content to finish a DVD of a Pilot Episode called Bent TV that I will distribute to the Networks in hopes to land a series (Cartoon Network, Comedy Central etc.) I also have an outlet for some of my work at Atomfilms and they pay for any stuff they license - although I must say upfront that some of my concern is not with money as much as it is with making this pilot epsiode for TV and getting the idea out there - some of my ideas are to edgy for them but I think they would do very well - one being a cartoon I have been wanting to make for years: The Retarded Rapper.
