Well....since I haven't seen the numbers of Iraqis in the US, and since people in the Middle East all have a little Iraq in each of them, I'd put the percentage at........... perhaps 26% Iraqi in each American?

My point is that the hands being cut off for thieving are part of the religious laws out there. Saddam didnt hold with religious laws. Therefore he didnt have people's hands cut off. <joke>It was something far more painful they snipped...</joke>
