90s live action show about dogs

I remember when i was a kid i saw on tv a live action series with no humans but with dogs instead. I remember the main character is a german shepherd wearing glasses and a shirt and i think his mom was a yorkshire. I think this series is from the 90s, i'd like to know it's name if any of you remember...
