You sound like the old people who complain about Christmas decorations going up the day after Halloween.

where do we go to submit our entries???
Just upload your entries like you would a regular submission to the flash portal, audio portal, art portal, or in the story thread. Also, note Tom's request below.
Release your entry by October 31st to participate and tag it with "halloween2017" so we find it.
This is going to be fun!
Planning to make a top down 1080p pixel art similar to the art I will post for that particular holiday on September. Can't wait to see some awesome halloween entries from this awesome website!

Tommy, what was that audio piece you submitted then removed?
I'm usually stingy and lone wolf it, but when I get around to preparing something, I'll think about it

Made a recent post on the topic:

Most of the animation around here has been made with Flash. Games are increasingly made with platforms such as Unity, Construct 3 and Game Maker 2.
I never have enough time to make something for Halloween that can competitively win first prize. But since there's equal money for first prize in a writing category, I might just make an entry.
Wish i could enter the game i'm working on with some people in this but it probably won't be ready in time
so i might release a demo if that's ready in time
Woo! Totally going for that 'best html5 game that works on mobile" prize!

Awesome, I was hoping those bonus prizes would help encourage that sort of thing. We gotta scare people on the go this year!

BTW reminder to anyone making mobile-friendly html5 games, click the Edit Properties link and check the box for Touchscreen Friendly.
This is kinda hidden at the moment - when this page gets redone it will be an option outside of that box. We're gonna be ditching all those plugin settings since browsers have been moving away from plugin support AND we're gonna ditch that https setting since all content will load over https.
Older existing content will have a new option to force http, which will only be necessary for content that site-locked with http: in the URL.
Sounds cool, It's on! Just that If we win, how are we gonna get the money?

Via check or Paypal.

It was a soundclip of Tom strangling a man to death. The evidence had to be deleted
This will be my first time around for one of these, so I have a few questions.
Can we submit more than one entry?
If so, do they have to be in different cati-gore-ies? (I'm funny I swear)
Is there a word cap on the stories?
Any preferred sizing on art submitted?
Is this a international contest cause I am live in philippines?
Rawr!

Just make it uninstall Pokemon Go. Mission accomplished.

You can submit multiple entries including same category, although go easy in the writing category because Fro has to read it all. No specific word cap has been set. Art can be any size you like.

You're welcome to participate!
The following is a [my] short narration of a well know poem by an anonymous author. Mixing, mastering, and all other post FX were done in Reaper. The music is a royalty free affair.
Please enjoy, and happy spooking.
