Why do women get treated horribly?

Here is a disclaimer:

I am NOT a feminist. Nor am I an MRA(Men's Rights' Activist). I think feminists and a lot of MRAs are very flawed in their arguments. I see some of the stuff they say, but a lot of what they say are filled with bias and hatred towards the other gender. I am all about solving social issues with common sense and not fighting back and forth like a bunch of little children on a playground.

With that out of the way, I do think women are treated horribly just for the fact that they were born female. Plus, a lot of women are actually OK with this! Why is that? Like seriously, do they not have the right to be treated decently?

they dont get treated badly, it depends on the country

I've never seen a female being treated more poorly than a guy.
For as long as I can remember, women were always treated better, and had everything much easier, socially at least.
