tbh i can back this up, i totally saw this coming from your most recent work, i mean no strictly speaking it had no chiptune elements whatsoever, but sometimes you can just tell when someone is honing their chiptune abilities in secret

We're entering as a team of 2. peachymaiden and me (Jabicho) :D
I'm just curious about my entry. I have samples in it that the purpose is for comedy, while the song is in and of itself trying to be something you'd want to listen to (by being something I want to listen to). But the vocal samples, while they are funny and relaxed, will that at all impact the scoring of the song? Like, will it be taken less seriously?
I'm new to this, sorry guys! I'm real excited though :)

Right on! Does peachymaiden happen to have a Newgrounds profile? If not, you should convince her to become part of the site! Creating one could expand her overall fan base, and it's a simple thing to link to other sites (i.e. YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, online portfolios) for easy access. As an added bonus, you could also add her profile name and image to any and all collabs! Win~win.

The real question would have to be, does the song best represent your talents? If the answer is no, then it might be wise to change up to something that more reflects your style. But if the answer is yes, and the track is a solid addition to your repertoire despite the fact that it's a bit silly, then go with it. That is ultimately your decision, but please do let me know if you're making a change by clearly stating that in your post.
Suffice to say, points will not be deduced for a bit of silliness, but this is a music competition. The entry selected should be the best available representation of your abilities. Since only 64 musicians can move beyond the Auditions, the level of challenge is very high. And ultimately...
I have decided to work by myself. The thing is, I don't want to overwork my partner in NGADM and I'd prefer that we work alone instead of together. @ELEPS44 Sorry for the extreme inconvenience and I will hope to see you next NGADM. (But this still doesn't mean we won't do collabs, we can still do our second collab soon ;) and maybe with @FGK2015)
