Looking for old preloader circa '09

It's been a while, but I seem to remember the preloader used in this game.

Was that ever available to everyone? I can't find it (the non-dadgame version) in any of the preloaders. I remember seeing it around 2009 and eventually everything moved to .mp4 format.

Does anyone still have that .fla?

The tank image is static so you can reconstruct it from these images

Thanks GeoKureli, but I should have specified; the animation directly after the preloader, where the image dissolves into the typing "Newgrounds, Everything by Everyone". I just assumed it was part of the preloader. Appreciate the help!

That's usually for sponsored games; it's not publicly available. Of course, nobody stops you from using a SWF decompiler to rip the scene.
