Russian ship sunk by Togo transport

Heard of this one? Apparently there was a foggy day at sea, and two ships bumped in Bosphorus. One of them was russian sigint ship and the other was a transport ship with cattle onboard under the flag of Togo. Russian ship went down, while the Togo ship didn't even call for help cause of the bump. Russians were saved by turkish navy.

Isn't this embarrassingly funny? Especially considering the fact that russian ship was signals intelligence ship?

It is pretty funny, especially considering the little spat the Russians had with Turkey a not too long while back.

Maybe they ran out of vodka, or small Slavic nations to strong arm.
