Having time to work on this COTM has been very stressful for me. Blocking colours took me a while and I'm still not done. It doesn't help that I'm a slow artist 8). I am determined to finish before the deadline. Thoughts?

It's called " A being of another realm" which refers to the digital realm of the fairy and the tradditional realm of the portal.
Heres a first WIP of my piece, left it for so long hope i can finish on time!
I got some really good feedback on mine so I made some revisions.
Here is my WIP, all that's left is to color the hippie girl with colored pencils and to color the background.

Thought i would post my WIP incase i never get the chance to finish, it took me a while but i finally managed to finish most of this piece.
Having a little trouble trying to decide if my piece is finished. I think it needs something else but I can't put my finger on it... Any critique would be much appreciated.

I just finished up my final piece for the contest, and I am super glad I made it! I was getting really worried I was going to urn out of time! Here's my work in progress shots! I did it half on an iPad and half in colored pencils. That made it a very interesting challenge.

As long as you have the "tradigital" tag in place it will be found.

This is pretty good for a beginner. Just keep in mind we all had to start somewhere. I'm still working on mine and hopefully I won't start over from scratch; I have an irritating habit of over critiquing myself. Keep up the hard work.

I'm 31 and haven't done any drawing since I was 14 or 15. I started again 2 weeks ago and am going through ALL of Jazza's videos. I thought I should practice and test myself by entering this.
I just scanned my drawing and am going to try to paint it in photoshop using my little tablet.
I love all the work I've seen in this thread, you're all so good :).
