Pc gamer is better than ps4.
Out of all the consoles I've ever had physically the playstation 2 was king after the super nintendo.
Either my PS2 or my PS3. I can't choose between the two.
It's all shits and giggles until someone giggles and shits.
the console that had the most impact on me and i have the most nostalgia for is the N64 for sure. but my current favorite is my PS4, simply because it has the best hardware of any that i own.
PC you get everything and you still get internet. consoles are under powered boxes with outdated hardware that developers are tied to for 5 to 7 years.
I haven't played anything past gen 6, so the PS2 for me. I bought mine second-hand a couple of years back and I'm glad I did because the games library is absolutely fantastic.
I like the N64 and Gamecube as well, but the library is much more limited and their good games are rare and expensive nowadays.
PC...cuz it can emulate all that crap, except the current gen, and most of the good current gen stuff is ported to PC anyway...plus, there's tons of games that aren't ever ported to consoles...and indie development...PC master race dude.
If'n I HAD to choose a console, I'd say PS2 for it's library. No other console library is as enormous, varied, and full of fantastic content as PS2's...Sony had a good stranglehold on the market and on exclusive development deals thanks to the success of the PSX, and it really shows when you compare the list of games for PS2 to just about anything else ever in the history of gaming....unless you look at the PC library over the course of existence of PCs...
Hardware in consoles is ridiculously limiting, even if it's the best hardware on the market, because of the lag between upgrades. You can upgrade a PC every year (if you're made of money)...consoles, you have to wait for the manufacturer to release a new platform. Also, you can plan ahead with PC hardware, spec your shit out beyond any reasonable system requirements, and you should be good for 5-6 years of gaming brand new games. With a $300-$400 upgrade of your vid card, maybe some more ram, maybe a better power source, you're good for another 5 years. 5 years later, drop in a new MB, new CPU, new RAM, and your good for another 5 years. Rinse and repeat - after each pair of upgrades, you've entirely replaced your computer. You can carry the hard disk across all of the upgrades, so you never lose your system. The next generation of consoles is probably gonna end up in the $700-$1000 range, if recent history of the market tells us anything...so...PC is more frugal...plus you get more content. Wtf kind of choice is that?
PS2 in my opinion is the Boss (if we speak mostly about 3D games). For me PS2 perfected arcade console gameplay with good 3D graphics. This console has one of the best game libraries.

i know i cant say pc, that's why i said "PC included" xD
The OG Xbox. Great system to keep around not only for the great library. I use mine daily as a media center ^^
It has some of my favorite games like Jet Set Radio Future and Psychonauts.
"I'm going to put PC in a console thread because I'm better than everyone!"
I'm for PC. Although, I haven't had a new console since the original Wii so I might be just a tad biased.
Also I know a PC isn't technically a console but... shhhhh, just let it happen.
This might change since I just got a PS4 but I love the PS3.
The one console that emulates them all... (PC)
As for dedicated game consoles (do the latest ones even count anymore?) I'd say the N64.
A truly prophetic sig...

As for favorite Handheld I enjoyed a lot of my time on the go with my gameboy advance ,you can't go with wrong with it especially with the backwards compatibility to most of the games from previous iterations of that line. 3ds has a pretty decent line up i've got like close to 200 games i'm interested in trying out digitally on the e-shop wishlist.
PS2 hands down. PS Vita/PSP is a close second if handhelds count.
I also like my PC-console hybrid but I mostly use it for porn.
Xbox. The good old days of halo 2 live. First console to play online. Using a mic for the first time also.
