This is a character Process I did, Ive Choosen the one of the Blue shirt, but I wanted to share the whole process, if you are interested.
The final concept is still a wip so how it will end is still a mistery!

Dudeeee ,. looks amazing the color , the style , how you managed the clothes , looks pretty dope to me , if you could do a tutorial , i really support that idea , keep with the good work my friend :D
