First Stick Animation Critque

Hey ya'll,

So recently I've finished my first stick figure battle in adobe flash. First animation altogether actually.

It's 10 seconds long and the running is a little choppy and so are the arm movements. I'm using pose to pose animation but I'm not sure if I have too many frames or not enough in betweens....

Try and put more impact into the aggressive motions. Right now the motion looks too gentle.
