Many reports stating the shooter is 26 years old but that picture would suggest he is 39.
its been confirmed he's from Puerto Rico and served in the National Guard there.

"Hispanic" is an ethnicity, not a race. The U.S. Census does not technically recognize people who identify as Latino or Hispanic as a race. This is why there is often a question asking if you are Hispanic that is independent of another question regarding your race on many applications.

so much misinformation (unless your trolling) one Machine guns (fully automatic weapons) for the most part are illegal and take so much paper work and time it takes an act of god to the license to own one. two the 5.56 MM NATO round is relatively small and is meant and designed to wound (it still kills its bullet for gods sake) due to it being a smaller caliber at a lower velocity. 3 high capacity magazines are a double edged sword they're cumbersome and heavy and anything over 50 round magazines and you could probably carry 4 or 5 of them before movement gets impeded and they are very susceptible to jamming after 50. 4 cops here are very well armed a standard 20 round .9MM Glock and where I live they have a AR-15 and a tactical shotgun in their cruisers and for protection wearing Level III Body Armor.

I mean personally I'd rather get the death penalty than life in prison. Don't understand why anybody would want to live a life of misery and pain for the rest of their life before they die instead of just getting it over with and dying immediately.
