Yugi (or was it Marik?) merged what I believe was the Dark Magician with the Winged Dragon of Ra?

I for the life of me can not find that scene again. Below is what I am NOT looking for - the scene where Marik merged with Ra.

I've watched up to this episode, yet haven't seen the dark magician merge with Ra nor Slifer. Just like how Marik merged with the Dragon, didn't Yugi do something similar and place the dark magician on the head one of his dragons?
