Typically I don't preorder at all unless it's a game I'm dying to own and know for sure I'll like. They finally brought the "20% off all preorders" deal for Amazon Prime to Canada, so I'll preorder from there from now on.

I no longer buy games new, so I'm no pre-orderer. The notion kinda pisses me off. Buy early, we'll give you extra stuff. Meanwhile, majority of new games come out flawed and need patches.
I tend to buy GOT editions or not at all.

I hate the concept of preordering with the way too many expensive-ass, brand new games are just buggy, glitchy, incomplete, and broken to begin with. Pre-order content sometimes is just content cut from the game and then sold for a price just to boost profit. It's so dumb. Sometimes though there will be a great game worth preordering.

I just pre order my games off the store on my PS4, so I can download the game couple days before it comes out and I can play it at midnight. Also, I do not have to go any where to pick up there game.

Yeah I go to the store for pre-orders so I just know the people there so I am biased
Only games I ever pre-orderd were Black Ops 2 and Battlefield 3 both from Gamestop so i could receive my rewards points
