Make it so we can upload .exe's as games, please, because i'm making this game maker game and i noticed i can't upload .exe's to newgrounds.
I took a peek at the FAQ and I think this might be useful--
For a fee, you can export your Game Maker projects as HTML5! Game Maker will provide an html file and a folder of resources. Rename your html file to "index.html", then drag that and your resource folder into a ZIP file and upload to NG!

Yeah, if you hand Yoyo Games $50000 and half a meatball sub you can export games from GM:Studio in HTML5.
I already purchased GM8 Pro when I first got into development, so I'm in your boat, I think. I'm not buying the same exact sub-par engine and then buying an add-on on top of that.

You can export Game Maker games to HTML in GM Studio. Consider upgrading.
EDIT: Whoops. Looks like everyone's already said that!
You should've donated to the humble bundle last month. They were giving GM Studio licences away for $15.
