I dont like Drama series, i watch them more for comedy since its not real life.

But i will tell this. That main guy is guilty by association, i mean his brother who got so called not guilty condemned for a crime.

I mean... he planned on doing it aka killing that person with intention of no regrets, just because he didnt pull the trigger in time doesnt mean didnt plan on it So he is in definition not innocent by default.

I mean... he technically is a murderer.

Although i did learn one thing from this series. Guards hate people for no reason. I mean its not like "I go there to work, keep order then go home from work". Prrrft. I love how they make the guards seems like they are criminal scum lol. American prison regulations includes stuff like "Letting criminals do whatever they like, dont ever think about questioning their criminal methods like smuggling and stuff that would just be too policing :3"
