Did you read the rules? Your track cannot have been started before the posting of this thread (July... 17th? I think?). You now have about 1 and a half days to finish up a brand new track that was started after that time.

I'll check out the knock out rules now though. Considering all I do is write songs, I have a few that qualify and can submit. I'll see what I need to polish up before the 30th though. thx

Don't feel bad, this was a second chance for the originals to take a second look at their project as well. For example it gave me a chance to fix some minor things in the original track. Make use of all this extra time. This will only make the results all the more interesting.

Those are the guidelines for the auditions. Now that you're in the contest, you need to abide by the contest rules.

I started this piece a few days ago for the AIM competition, but had procrastinated so much that there was no way to get it to a satsfactory state before its deadline. So here it is now!
