Yesterday, I went to my school where I had to take an athlete physical. I had to get my blood pressure taken, jog in place for one minute and do that thing where they check your heartbeat.
After that, I had to pull my pants down half way, and this old ancient bitch made me cough while she had her hand on my nuts. And now she knows my pubes are like barb wire.

While that was obviously an uncomfortable situation for you, in all seriousness she was testing you for testicular cancer. Apparently it happens more often than one would think, and men from ages 14-38 are in danger of getting it. On the flipside, at least it was a female testing you. I've been more fortunate, I've had a MILF for my physician, although she squeezes REALLY HARD on my balls.

Adding to that, often it's from a physical examination like the one described that males learn that they have only one testicle when in fact they should have two (hence the term "balls". Don't know the exact numbers, but from time to time it does happen that one or both testicles aren't descending (or "dropping").
So yeah, it's weird as hell if a doctor suddendly tells you to drop your pants and starts feeling your balls (I wonder why they never tell you before what they are going to do???), but it's a really important examination.
