Which positions do you frequently sleep in? Do you sleep on your right/left side, your back, your stomach, or curled up in a ball?

I usually sleep on my left side, curled up. I also sometimes sleep on my stomach, even though that's not healthy, I find it extremely comfortable. I like sleeping curled up in a fetal position. I like being the little spoon.

I lay on my back with a giant pillow over my face to act as a sleep mask. Like, it would be so easy for someone to just walk in and kill me. I'm practically doing half the job for them.

mostly on my stomach, sometimes on either side, i cannot fall asleep easily on my back. i use to be able to, but since the first serious gf i find it easier to sleep in more of a spoon position than anything else.

I mostly sleep on my stomach. If not on my stomach, one of my sides, usually my left side. I can't fall asleep while on my back. It makes my head feel weird for some reason.

I try and sleep on my left side, which is where the heart is slightly off-set. Sleeping on the left side of your body reduces stress to the heart (since it's operating closer to where most of the blood's at, easier to pump).

However I've got this nasty ear infection/sinus problem, that does benefit from sleeping on the left... but my back operation really likes it the other way, but so far the pain hasn't been that bad lately, so I can sleep the way I want to.

According to sources, I always sleep differently.

But I start on my left side, get into "Sleep mode" on the right, then usually pass out on my back..
