Go to the art portal take a right when you see the mythical penicorn and walk right through the Front door.

REMEMBER! Whatever you do, If you encounter memes and/or undertale you gotta keep going as fast as you can and don't look back.

Also The sign in system might not work very well so for extra security you should do the rectal recognition. No two assholes are the same! I guess

To conduct the rectal recognition test just spread your ass hole in front of the camera and click the submit video and you should be securely registered into Newgrounds.
I donno If this will be much help. I hope it will. I believe that if you follow these step by step something might just work for you.

See, you click on "Upload Your Creations!" on the top of the webpage, then click on "Animation." At that point you enter the title of your movie, enter any details when asked, upload the file, and click on "Publish Movie."
