I find ancestry to always be a fun topic to talk about.
I'll start first. I have German, English, Native American and Japanese ancestry. I'm able to trace most of my German, Japanese and English ancestry but I think I'm like sixth generation Cherokee or something like that, which doesn't amount to much. Has anyone else been able to find much about their ancestries?

It appears to change depending on whatever my grandmother happens to remember on any given day. The stuff I do know is that we're a mix of Amazonian, Chinese, African, and a bunch of other things. Also Irish, from the other side of the fam. We'd know more if my grandmother didn't change her story so much, makes me feel like she's some kinda secret agent or something.
My dad told me that we're German, Irish, and English. Then Ancestory.com said that I'm French. I'm leaning more towards what my dad said because Irish is in there and I love to drink, so...

Allegedly my mother's great-great grandfather was some Tajikistan but she's not sure.
Polish, British, German, and a little bit of Native American.
We've got my family tree calculated to about the 1300s on my mothers side, Only back to the 1800s on my fathers side.
Earliest family tree is some of the old celtic tribes during William Wallace's time, Then some of them came over to colonial america (WIlliam Penn is a distant ancestor)
My father's people came from Germany during the late 1800s. So my complete makeup is Irish, Scottish and German.
