My favorites growing up would have to be final fantasy 6 and 7. 8 wasn't so bad but 10-2 made things awkward with that leblanc back massaging minigame. I liked the comedy and Job system on Number 5. Been meaning to play the nes games and after number 11

You have listed many good games, but which ones is your favorite? You can only pick one.

Your vote is for Final Fantasy 13.
Type-0 because I don't play turn based games, but I love action RPGs. I bet XV will be even better. I might want to preorder it.

Final Fantasy X. It has my favorite battle system and I love the sphere grid.

Yep. Definitely Final Fantasy X.. The best one yet.. At least for me.
FFVII. I liked the unreliable narrator aspect of the main character, and the living planet/Lovecraft monster plot backdrop to what's ultiamtely a fight between a goofy weiner-kid and an asocial mama's boy. Plus materia combos are fun.

FFVI is where I buried my younger years.

The story was awesome and Kefka was the ultimate villain. Celes and Sabin are my two favourites from this game. I love their character developments. The music is some of the best I've heard in games. , but the game that I grew to love the most was Final Fantasy VI.
You gave some great reasons why. I will put you down for Final Fantasy VI.
No clear winner yet.

This is the first vote for Final Fantasy X.
I know the SNES games are in a fucked up order so I'll just say the one with Cecil. Runner up is FF9.

The second vote for Final Fantasy X. It has the lead.
Polls closed. Alright, looks like Spirits Within is the winner. Thanks for voting, everybody.

A thread doesn't end this soon with Strongbad being the creator of it.
It's all shits and giggles until someone giggles and shits.

Another vote for FFVII, liked the world, characters, and monsters in that one, plus I'm pretty sure it was the first real game I ever played.

Another vote for Final Fantasy VI. The competition is starting to heat up.
VII was definitely my favourite followed by I and II.
The other FF games just didn't bring me in like VII.
I have to say FF III DS ending was absolute garbage.
I'm also very worried that the VII remake is going to be linear like 13 was.
All trailer footage makes it look like that, I hope I'm wrong though.
If you're a Newgrounds OG who appreciates Flash games with depth, check out the game I made in 2024.

Cecil was in FF 2, that was actually part 4. One vote for part 4.

I love Dirge of Cerberus Lost Episode - Final Fantasy VII
6, Kefka was pretty maniacal and conniving in such a way that befit his descent into madness.

Your one vote goes to VII. I was the great beginning game. II was a nice game as well.
